A recent European study proved that physical exercise for thirty minutes only have an impact on weight loss is similar to the practice of the same activity for an hour a day.

The study recently published American Gazette of physiology, researchers at the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences, University of Copenhagen have follow-up of 60 people suffering obesity, but are in good health for more than 13 weeks.

The researchers believe that the explanation lies in the fact that exercise for half an hour to be more practical, and makes people more willing and able to do more physical activity after the end of exercise daily.
