  •  Principle and method

It is a "real" divorced regime. Antoine the regime is based on the principle of eating only one food family not to gain weight, regardless of the amount consumed.

You can eat the foods you like family in large quantities, without guilt, when the day of consumption of the family arrives.


  •  Disadvantages
The amounts of food consumed during this diet are low if not enough. I'm leaving the day become disordered and illogical. You may soon feel the fatigue and loss of form. You may also observe digestive problems and not feel good about yourself.
Energy inputs required are made over seven days and not on one, you might deficiency. Deficiencies are mostly protein (protein intake as a single family food is not enough for the daily needs), not vitamins and minerals since Antoine scheme allows a high consumption of fruits and vegetables at least 2 days per week. You can miss, however, vitamin B12 and zinc, which can cause anemia and skin problems. Similarly, the lack of dairy products can make your bones brittle.
Generally, stopping Antoine diet often times leads to weight is the yo-yo effect.
In addition, the food consumption patterns of this system will cause you problems of life in society, by its noticeable difference with the traditional mode (starter, main and dessert).

In some people, the Antoine diet does not work (poor distribution of food groups). Worse, it can make you fat! By its monotony, it is difficult to follow for a long period.
