2 spring onions,
1 cucumber,
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablet of vegetable broth
15 cl of water
1 cup half-sour cream nature,
10 cl of white wine,
1 teaspoon dill plucked.

How to prepare this recipe?
Trim the spring onions and cut into slices.
Peel the cucumber and cut into small cubes.
Heat the butter and steaming vegetables.
Add the water and vegetable broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
Cool and puree in a blender.
Add half the sour cream and white wine, then mix well with the whisk.
Sprinkle with dill.
