Diet program

Drink mix half teaspoon honey and one teaspoon ground cinnamon in a cup of water heated.

6 times a day.

The first cup in the morning on an empty stomach and another cup before bedtime.

For eating divides 4 times a day.

Before any meal drink a mixture of honey and cinnamon.

Four meals

1) First meal

Cup milk + apple + piece of toast.

2) The second meal

Slice thickness or defatted beef or grilled escalope + vegetable soup + toast.

3) Third meal

Mixed Fruit.

4) Fourth meal

Vegetable salad + 2 boiled eggs + toast + yogurt.
  
Observation
 Last meal is before going to sleep 3 hours.

 And a mixture of honey and cinnamon drink half an hour before meals.

Drink 8 glasses of water needed daily.

Dieting 7-day loss in which 3 km and then taken on FreeBSD and repeated the experiment.
