Here's a quick 30-minute circuit workout for you:
Warm up: 12 Prisoner Squats and 3 minutes jump rope
1. Jumping Jacks, 45 seconds, fast
2. Dumbbell Squat to Curl to Shoulder Press, 12 repetitions, moderate pace
3. Butt Kickers (run in place), 30 seconds, fast
4. Pushups, 12 repetitions
5. Medicine Ball Chop, 10 repetitions each side, moderate pace
6. Walking Lunges with Medicine Ball Rotation, 8 repetitions each leg
7. Rest 2 minutes between circuit. Repeat circuit 2 more times.
