I was reading an article the other day--there seems to be one about some fad diet just about every day--that caught my attention.

It basically referenced some research that showed that both women and men were beginning to abandon fad dieting by significant percentages. Why? Because fad diets don't work long-term if you leave out consistent good nutrition and regular exercise. It needs to be a life time commitment for you and not just a 30 day program. What will you do after 30 days?

I have traced the history of commercial diet plans back 100 years and the story is always the same. They don't work long-term!

You end up worse than when you started. Physicians, health professionals and personal trainers agree that the best solution for long-term health and fitness is good nutrition and regular exercise.

I hope people will start saving the money they spend on weight loss supplements and commercial weight loss plans. Just make the life time commitment to health and fitness---you won't be disappointed!
